Nexus Automations (ABN 83 299 029 377) is a Melbourne-based automation agency that builds done-for-you lead and inbox automation systems for Australian service businesses. We are operated by John Pham.

When you become a client:

  • Business name and contact details
  • Email addresses used in your automation workflows
  • Information required to configure and test your automation systems
  • Access credentials for third-party platforms (stored securely, never shared)

Automatically:

  • Browser type and device information
  • Pages visited and time spent on our website
  • IP address

3. Why we collect your information

We collect and use your personal information to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and provide quotes
  • Schedule and conduct strategy calls
  • Deliver, configure, and maintain automation systems for clients
  • Send service updates, invoices, and operational communications
  • Improve our website and services
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We will not use your personal information for any purpose other than those listed above without your consent.

4. How we store and protect your information

Your personal information is stored securely using industry-standard tools. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access.

Data collected via our contact form and booking page is stored in HubSpot CRM and our secure client dashboard, hosted on Supabase (Sydney region) and Vercel.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. When no longer needed, it is securely deleted.

5. Third-party services we use

To operate our business and deliver services to clients, we use the following third-party platforms. Each has its own privacy policy governing how your data is handled:

  • HubSpot — CRM and meeting scheduling
  • Google Workspace — Email (Gmail) and calendar
  • Zapier — Automation workflow platform
  • Supabase — Database and authentication
  • Vercel — Website and dashboard hosting
  • Twilio — SMS and phone number services
  • VAPI — AI voice receptionist (Premium clients only)
  • OpenAI — AI-generated email and message content
  • Framer — Website hosting

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We only share information with the platforms above to the extent necessary to deliver our services.

6. Cookies and website tracking

Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your browsing experience and understand how visitors use the site. This includes analytics data collected via Framer's built-in tools.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so may affect some functionality of the site.
